Masa Ozaki – Tax Manager
Masa joins KBF as a tax manager in the corporate tax services practice. Masa started his career in 2011 with KPMG in New York in the corporate Japanese tax practice and has a total of 10 years of experience. He most recently worked at PwC, Japanese business network, in Los Angeles.
During his career, he has primarily served inbound Japanese and Korean companies as well as American companies in a broad range of industries including import-export, manufacturing, leasing and professional services. He primarily focuses on corporate tax provision and compliance services.
Masa is based in Irvine, California.
Cary Grenrock – Tax Director
Cary joins KBF as a director in the corporate tax services practice. Prior to joining KBF, Cary was a tax partner with Deloitte where he advised clients on accounting for income taxes, tax accounting methods, mergers and acquisitions and multi-state taxation. He has primarily served middle-market clients in multiple industries with a focus on technology, telecommunications and healthcare.
Cary will focus on assisting KBF clients and colleagues with income tax provision matters.
Cary is based in Palm Desert, California.
Tyler LeFevre – International Tax Manager
Tyler joins KBF as an international tax manager in the corporate tax services practice. Prior to joining KBF, Tyler worked at Grant Thornton and Deloitte Belgium where he advised clients on the tax implications of cross-border transactions and investments. Within the U.S. international tax arena, he has experience in tax consulting, accounting, compliance and due diligence services for multinational companies and funds.
Tyler will focus on assisting KBF clients and colleagues with international tax matters.
Tyler is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
