Bruce is an Emeritus Partner of Ernst & Young. During his 31 year career at EY, Bruce served U.S.-based multinational corporate taxpayers in a variety of industries. He led the EY tax practices in Irvine, California, San Diego, California and Phoenix, Arizona. He also led the EY West Region Tax Practice for the Technology Communication and Entertainment Industry Group. Bruce’s areas of expertise include US corporate income taxation and accounting for income taxes. Bruce has extensive experience in U.S. international tax, tax accounting methods, stock-based compensation matters, the R&D tax credit, state and local tax, and representation before the IRS and state tax authorities.

Bruce has served on numerous community and professional boards, including the Arizona Society of CPA’s, where he served as Chairman of the Tax Legislation Committee and St. Margaret’s Episcopal School, where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Bruce has published and lectured extensively on corporate tax matters.

Bruce joined the KBF team as a Partner in January 2015.

Bruce is a graduate of Arizona State University with high honors in accounting and completed the EY Executive MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Bruce is a licensed CPA in California.
