Darin Pretti

With several years of public accounting experience, Darin has spent his career providing tax and accounting services to both public and private clients across a diverse range of industries. In his role at KBF, Darin is dedicated to serving clients by assisting with accounting for income tax matters and providing efficiencies to facilitate the tax provision process. Darin’s focus on accounting for income taxes and outsourcing of tax compliance and consulting needs is enhanced by substantial experience in federal and state tax compliance and consulting, inbound and outbound tax-related issues, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence. Serving public and emerging growth companies, Darin is committed to delivering exceptional tax accounting services to clients.

Darin has spent his entire career with KBF and has contributed to the growth of both the Portland and Seattle offices.  While Darin’s primary emphasis is in the technology and life science industries, he also has experience with manufacturing, retail, and aerospace companies.  Darin works with companies of all sizes from start-up companies to large multinational Fortune 100 companies.

Darin holds a Master of Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from Washington State University in Vancouver, Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business administration from Chapman University in Orange, California.  Darin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs.
