Jennifer Pan

Jennifer focuses on serving public and private equity-owned companies, with extensive experience providing tax accounting services under ASC740 for publicly and privately held organizations. She leads the corporate tax provision and compliance team, overseeing income tax preparation for both public and private entities.

Jennifer works as a liaison between the client and the audit firm on tax accounting matters. She plays a critical role in bridging communication and ensuring seamless collaboration. Her direct engagement with dynamic corporate clients continuously sharpens her technical proficiency in ASC 740, enabling her to deliver high-quality tax accounting solutions.

Jennifer provides comprehensive tax accounting advice to corporations, with a particular emphasis on equity-based compensation, interim tax reporting, uncertain tax positions, and research and development tax credits. Her knowledge in these areas allows her to provide tailored, strategic guidance to her clients.

Before joining the KBF team, Jennifer worked at Dundee Investments Ltd. which is a global real estate investment and development firm, ,  BDO CPA Accounting Firm in Canada, and profit post-secondary education company in the U.S.
