Joe has over 30 years of experience in state and local sales and use tax. Joe has worked in both industry and public accounting, making him keenly aware of the constraints placed on corporate tax departments.

Joe has performed multi-state nexus and taxability studies for a wide variety of industries. Clients range in size from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Joe has also assisted clients with voluntary disclosures, refund requests, letter rulings, and audit defense. Joe has also assisted clients with the implementation of various sales and use tax compliance tools including Avalara and Vertex.
