Jonathan Voll

Jonathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience advising multinational companies on international tax matters, with a particular focus on transfer pricing planning and related supply chain structuring. He specializes in optimizing the alignment of intangible property (IP) and value drivers across taxing jurisdictions, while ensuring tax accounting compliance and tax optimized outcomes.

Prior to joining KBF in 2025, Jonathan was a Managing Director with EY, serving the International Tax Services practice for over 16 years. He has deep technical knowledge in IP valuation and the application of transfer pricing methods for intercompany transactions, including the controlled sale of tangible goods, rendering of services, licensing of intangibles, and financial lending arrangements.

Jonathan has served clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, internet and satellite TV and music operators, alternative energy, digital platforms, consumer goods, and recreation.

His strategic insights help businesses navigate complex international tax environments while achieving tax-efficient structures.
