Laura Bergstrom

Laura has almost two decades of experience in the corporate tax accounting space in both public accounting and industry. Specializing in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes, Laura’s clients range in size from publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies to start-ups in industries including manufacturing, retail & consumer, technology and biotech. Additionally, Laura assists her clients with federal tax compliance and consulting, including consolidated returns, mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods and stock-based compensation analysis.

Prior to joining KBF in 2020, Laura spent 9 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Portland office and 6 years as an in-house Tax Director for publicly-traded corporations.

Laura holds a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified public Accountant in the State of Oregon. Laura is active in the Oregon Society of CPAs, having previously served as a Board of Director and the Chair of the Professional Conduct (Ethics) Committee.
