Pamela S. Talbot

With more than 20 years of public accounting experience, Pam has spent her career providing tax and accounting services to both public and private clients across a diverse range of industries. In her role at KBF, Pam is dedicated to serving clients by assisting with accounting for income tax matters and providing efficienciesto facilitate the tax provision process. Pam’s focus on accounting for income taxes and outsourcing of tax compliance and consulting needs is enhanced by substantial taxation experience in federal tax compliance and consulting, inbound and outbound tax-related issues, including mergers and acquisitions and due diligence. Serving public and growing companies, Pam is committed to delivering exceptional tax accounting services to clients.

Prior to joining the KBF team, Pam was a tax managing director with KPMG’s tax practice in San Diego. Until 2002, Pam resided in the Washington, D.C. area and was with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining KPMG in 2001. Pam’s practice included ASC 740 accounting principles and applications of accounting for income taxes, tax compliance, a diverse range of corporate income tax consulting consolidated return group tax planning, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture consulting. Pam’s public accounting taxation experience is complimented with experience in financial accounting at a public company and audit experience in public accounting.

Pam holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Pam is a Certified Public Accountant. Pam is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
