Brian is a seasoned professional with more than a decade of public accounting experience specializing in outsourced tax department services for medium to large enterprises. Brian's expertise lies in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, serving multinational companies across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, biotech, mining, and restaurant/consumer products. His skill extends beyond tax accounting and compliance, encompassing complex transaction reporting such as initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations.
