Ian Pierson

Ian has worked exclusively with KBF, after he graduated in 2007 from California Polytechnic University of Pomona with a B.S in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. Ian has several years of tax accounting experience.

His focus is with assisting public and private multinational companies with ASC 740 (Tax Provision) services, tax consulting, and income tax compliance. His ASC 740 experience includes serving the needs of companies across a wide range of industries in specific areas, such as, uncertain tax positions, stock options, purchase accounting, and creating/designing tax provision models for small domestic US companies to large US companies with significant international operations.
