We are pleased to announce the promotions of Jeff Storch and Brian Kehoe.

Jeff Storch

Jeff is an experienced Corporate Tax professional with nearly two decades of public accounting expertise specializing in ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes. With a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, he provides comprehensive services encompassing tax compliance, IRS audit defense, mergers and acquisitions consultations, accounting method planning, and various tax consulting assistance for Federal, state, and international matters. Jeff’s prior experience includes significant roles at Big 4 Accounting firms before joining KBF in 2023, where he continues to work with multinational companies on inbound and outbound transactions from the United States.

Brian Kehoe

Brian is a seasoned professional with over a decade of public accounting experience specializing in outsourced tax department services for medium to large enterprises. Having worked at esteemed Big 4 Accounting firms, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at KBF since 2019. Brian’s expertise lies in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes, serving multinational companies across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, biotech, mining, and restaurant/consumer products. His proficiency extends beyond tax accounting and compliance, encompassing complex transaction reporting such as initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations.
