Chad Herman

Chad has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and leads our Middle Market Tax Services practice and team. He specializes in closely held businesses, pass-through entities, real estate, and high net worth individuals, and provides his clients with tax planning services and practical solutions for current tax problems. Chad is recognized as a brilliant and committed professional and mentor to the professionals that work with him. He’s also incredibly diligent (and patient) with clients of all scope and size. These strengths and skills have made him an exceptional leader not only of the Middle Market practice, but within the firm as a whole.

Jon Skinner

Jon has close to two decades of public accounting experience and has spent his career providing ASC 740 and corporate tax compliance services.  His clients include publicly traded companies, private equity, and venture-backed businesses.  Jon also leads the outsourced tax function for several of his clients, assisting in the worldwide tax compliance function, inbound and outbound tax-related matters, tax structure alignment and mergers and acquisitions. Jon has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to technical excellence and client service during his time with KBF. His hard work, leadership, and contributions have played a crucial role in the growth and success of the firm.
